How do I cancel or move?
Via the «My bookings» link from your confirmation or in the bot. Cancelling later than 2 h before counts as late.
Running late — what do I do?
Tap «Running late» in «My bookings» — the master will see it and shift if she can. Over 15 min the visit may be shortened.
Open on holidays?
Closed on Jewish holidays (yom tov) — no slots are shown on those days.
Where do I see my bookings?
Via the personal link from your confirmation: move, cancel, «running late», loyalty stamps and «book again».
